    You’ve had unique experiences, and likely are not alone in things you’ve struggled with. You will feel seen, heard, and validated, and become even better at doing that for yourself.

    Growth and resistance go hand-in-hand. At times, I may challenge you on a mindset or perspective if I notice it’s getting in the way of where you want to grow.

  • Goal-based

    You will get clear on what matters to you and why. You will decide on actions (even baby steps) to take towards getting unstuck and more aligned with your life. I will help with accountability in a way that feels supportive to you.

  • Collaborative

    These sessions our yours, in service of your goals. And, I will be with you. When appropriate, I may ask for consent to share a personal experience that might help you on your journey. See FAQ section for how coaching is different from therapy.
